General Donation – Cash, pledged donations, real estate or other securities at any time. Such gifts may be in honor or in memory of family, friends, teachers, or alumni.
Annual Campaign – Events and activities planned each year to support the Foundation’s fund raising goals.
Matched Giving – Contributions may be doubled or tripled when matched by an employer. Contact your employer for more information.
In Memory of – Provide donor’s name, name of person the donation is being made for and, if applicable, the year the person attended/graduated from LHS. We will post the individual’s name and information in our “In Memory Of” list.
In Honor of – Provide donor’s name, name of person the donation is being made for and, if applicable, the year the person attended/graduated from LHS. We will post the individual’s name and information in our “In Honor Of” list.
How to Donate
The Lufkin Independent School District Education Foundation is a 501(c)(3) organization and therefore, gifts to the Foundation are tax deductible. Our mission is to provide opportunities for excellence in education, promote innovation in teaching, and partner with the community to enhance the quality of education for all students of the Lufkin Independent School District. We encourage you to help us achieve our mission through financially supporting the multiple teaching grants we will award annually.
